Board of Directors of the Association, to cast the vote(s) such Member is entitled to as the record

owner of the lot(s) within the Association, at the Association's Annual Meeting to be held, via Teams

Video Conference, on April 26, 2025 at 10:00 AM, and at any adjournment thereof, upon the matter

set forth below, and any other matter properly coming before the meeting. The undersigned hereby

instructs said proxy to vote as follows:

II. SPECIAL ASSESSMENT – RESTORATION PROJECT

restoring Common Area landscaping as described in the Board adopted resolution of March 24,

2025.THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ASSOCIAITION RECOMMENDS THAT YOU VOTE
